Training
AET designs and implements site specific training programs to assist our clients in health and safety awareness for their employees. These training programs are designed to comply with OSHA/EPA standard protocols while incorporating specific knowledge/procedures identified during AET's site investigations.

- Asbestos Housekeeping: Awareness training per OSHA's Asbestos General Industry Standard 29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(7) for maintenance and custodial employees.
- Bloodborne Pathogens: Awareness training per OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.1030
- Chemical Hazards: Awareness training per OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard for the Construction Industry per 29 CFR 1926.59.
- Lead Hazards: Awareness training per OSHA"s Lead in Construction Standard 29 CFR 1926.62(l).
- Mold: Awareness training for facility managers, building engineers, maintenance and custodial personnel.
- Indoor Air Quality: Awareness training for facility managers, building engineers, maintenance and custodial personnel.
- EPA Lead-Based Paint Remodeling, Repair and Painting Rule - This 8 hour course is designed to comply with the training requirements of EPA Lead Rule 40 CFR 745 for Contractors and Owners of residential properties, schools, and daycare centers to minimize lead hazards during renovations and work performed in buildings built prior to 1978.
