Licensing is not interchangeable: work in the City of Philadelphia must be performed by a licensed Asbestos Investigator under the Asbestos Control Regulations, while projects elsewhere in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware are performed by accredited asbestos building inspectors under EPA, OSHA and state requirements.
